  • A 122cm wide x 380cm long, paved path leads up to the cottage entrance, this has a slight upward gradient
  • An automatic light with sensor lights up the path & front door
  • The car park is dimly lit at night

The cottage

  • The front door is 106 cm wide with a 8cm ramped threshold
  • A ramp can be placed at the door to aid getting over the threshold
  • The front door leads into clear space in the living room
  • To the right there is a 98cm wide entrance into the living room and to the left a 98cm wide corridor leading to the two bedrooms and the wet room bathroom

Living room

  • Total floor space of 335cm x 512cm
  • A wooden floor with sofa and easy chairs with arm rests

  • Double fully opening doors at one end with a door threshold of 6cm ,which open out on to a flat paved patio area, the grassed area slopes down & around from the patio.  Removable ramps are available.
