Cottages

General information

When you arrive at Sambrook Manor Holiday Cottages we want you to start enjoying your holiday straight away, so all beds will be made up and tumbled dried towels will be waiting for you.

Cots & highchairs are available at no extra cost; a bottom sheet will be provided for the cot but please bring your own cot bedding. The Old Shippon & The Stables both have a fixed bottom stair gate and The Stables also has a removable top stair gate.

Ramps, a wheeled shower chair and a shower stool are also available to use.

All cottages are equipped with a host of pots & pans, 50/50 fridge freezers, washing machines, dishwashers (because no one wants to wash up on holiday) microwaves and slow cookers to make your stay as easy as possible.

To take the hassle out of your holiday preparations why no book an on-line grocery delivery all the major supermarkets deliver to us, please use the postcode TF10 8AL as well as the name of your cottage.

All towels including kitchen & tea towels are included as well as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, kitchen & toilet roll.

The living rooms all have large comfy sofas as well as a selection of easy chairs, TVs, DVD players and a good selection of books, jigsaws, games, toys & films to enjoy. The Old Shippon & The Stables both have smart TVs and Wii consoles.

Each holiday cottage has a patio area complete with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ.

WiFi is included in each cottage although sometimes it can be a little rural.

Check in time is from 4pm & departure is 9.30am.
