The Three Horseshoes in Sambrook - Just a short stroll from our cottages you will find The Three Horseshoes in the heart of Sambrook, a free house serving real ale from local breweries and delicious home cooked meals with a daily specials board and a very popular Sunday lunch.  Food served Wednesday to Saturday 5pm - 9pm and Sundays 12 noon - 4pm.  Booking is recommended.  Outside garden area. The Wharf Tavern at Goldstone – By the side of the Shropshire Union Canal and only 10 minutes from Sambrook Manor Holiday Cottages, The Wharf is a family owned pub serving traditional home cooked meals, children’s menu & large seating area but booking is essential 01630 661226. Children’s play area and tow path walks. The Lamb at Edgmond – Just 4 miles from Sambrook, The Lamb is a large village put with extensive garden area including a children’s play area. Seasonal menu offering a good choice of family favourites & children’s menu. Take-a-way also available. Large car park. The Sutherland Arms, Tibberton – Traditional village pub in the village of Tibberton just 3 miles from our holiday cottages, serving a selection of reasonably priced meals. Booking is essential. The Fox, Pave Lane, Newport – Just on the outskirts of Newport The Fox is a lovely big Edwardian-style pub serving a great selection of classic British dishes complemented by more exotic influences from other parts of the world, it gets very busy and booking is essential, great for a more grown up meal. The New Inn, Newport – A Joules pub in Newport, modern spit & sawdust surroundings serving honest, fresh and homemade food, small beer garden to the rear. Not ideal for small children. The Hinds Head, Norton in Hales - A family run business int the village of Norton-in-Hales just 20 minutes from Sambrook near to Market Drayton. The Hinds Head boasts a stunning restaurant atmosphere with the characteristics of a traditional village pub. Norbury Junction – On the side of the Shropshire Union Canal, children menu, large beer garden good menu choice, carvery available at certain times and lovely canalside walks. The Cock Inn, Woodeasves (Staffordshire) – Regularly changing seasonal menus with food served in either the dining area, bar or garden/patio area. Also Sunday menu and daily changing specials board, on the side of the road but with a car park to the rear, approx. 10 -15 minutes from the cottages. The Fox & Hounds, Shawbury – approx. 15 minutes from Sambrook Manor Holiday Cottages you will find the Fox & Hounds a Gastro pub with a good menu selection & specials board, it has a large dining area and beer garden.

Goldstone Hall - Just 3 miles from the cottages, Goldstone Hall offers a fine dining experience and a great place to go to celebrate a special occasion, a large kitchen garden contributes to the flavourful dishes served for either lunch, afternoon tea or dinner.

The Granary Brasserie, Weston Park - set within the walls of the Weston Park 1000 acres estate of rolling parkland, woodland and gardens, seasonal menus are produced using the finest produce including fruit from our Orchards and vegetables from the Walled Garden. At the top floor of the granary is an art gallery.

Smallwood Lodge, Newport – A licensed Tea Room serving homemade cakes, afternoon teas, champagne breakfasts and light lunches set in a delightful black & white timber framed grade II listed building at the top end of the high street in Newport.
Guildhall Tea Room, Newport – Enjoy an afternoon tea, light lunch or just a drink in the historic surroundings of the 15th century Guildhall on the high street of Newport.
Tea on the Cobbles, Newport - Set in St Marys cobbled street in Newport, Tea on the Cobbles is a vintage tea room that provides breakfasts, light lunches and lots of delicious cakes and drinks.
The Little Tea Room, Market Drayton - Located in one of the oldest Tudor buildings in Market Drayton, The Little Tea Room offers a broad selection of freshly prepared meals and snacks, home made soups, cakes and scones and delicious clotted cream teas; all served on vintage china.

Newcott Fish & Chips, Tern Hill – A highly recommended takeaway serving not just fish & chips but a variety of restaurant favourites including pizzas, burgers, chicken, kebabs, jacket potatoes, lots of car parking, eat in also available.
Jones Chip Shop, Newport – A traditional English chippy serving a variety of chip shop favourites.
Raja’s Fast Food, Newport – Offering a selection of fast food including pizza’s, southern fried chicken, kebabs & burgers, delivery or take out available.
McDonald’s, Newport – Eat in or take out situated on the industrial estate on the A41 next to Lidl.
